July 16, 2004 - Mr. Ron Kramer heads the Kramer Tire organization which is highly focused on service in all sales categories. The Kramer Tire Co. has 16 retail locations, two commercial centers with bolt on service and a retreading plant. Kramer will market National tires in Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
